My stay in the Superior One-Bedroom Apartment was a gem! It felt like a home away from home, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff were remarkably helpful and friendly, making our stay even better. It's conveniently located, just a short walk to the Queensland Country Bank Stadium. Highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed the convenience of this hotel's location, right in the heart of Townsville. Easy access to nearby restaurants and bars made our evenings hassle-free. The room was spacious, and I appreciated the comfortable bed after long days. However, the air conditioning struggled a bit. it felt too cold in the lounge and not effective enough in the bedroom. The shower had a great design, but it was challenging to step into, especially for anyone with mobility issues. The extra charge for parking caught me off guard, and I felt that should have been clear from the start. Overall, the essential amenities were good, such as the free Wi-Fi and courtesy bottles of water in the room, but the hot water situation needed addressing as I experienced lukewarm water during my stay.

Great location with easy access to the Strand and plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious and conveniently equipped. We enjoyed learning from the staff about local attractions. Super fun pool area for the family!

I had a fantastic time during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for the best sleep I've had in ages. Additionally, the kitchen setup was perfect for cooking simple meals, although I wish it had an oven. The only thing that surprised me was how dated the decor looked compared to the photos online, but I still loved my time here and would definitely return!

Perfect comfy getaway

Had a cozy stay for one night! The room was super clean and comfy. The pillow menu was a nice touch. Wish I could have enjoyed more time, but the location was a quick walk to the city. Only thing missing was a coffee pod machine.
